The conference that leaves a decisive mark on the academic public [..] a library of scholarly papers, and an inauguration of the Faculty of Philology and Arts as (one of the) most exciting center(s) on the regional and European scientific map.

Dragan Bošković, PhD, Full Professor

When does the human become human: biologically, culturally, socially, legally? Are babies human subjects? Did Vuk Karadžić deliver Serbian language 200 years ago? What will be born?: prehumanism and posthumanism as an abortion of humanism. Was the literary protagonist ever a baby? Can babies be literary protagonists? Are new, third beings (humanoids, clones, mutants, androids...) born? Who gives birth: father or mother: or do babies give birth to parents? “Truly I tell you, unless you (...) become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of Heaven.” (Matthew 18, 3-4)?
